Returns Policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned and reach our facility within 14 days of receiving the item.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit, as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Aligned Active will not be responsible for items returned beyond this period. We do not accept returns unless the product was damaged when it was received.
If you believe you have received a product that is faulty, please immediately contact alignedactiveau@gmail.com stating the fault, along with images of the product and your order number.
Please include your original order number, the name and style of the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return in the email. You will be required to pay for the return shipping cost.
We do NOT offer refunds on items processed through Afterpay.
We do NOT offer returns on gift cards or sale items.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect item or defective).
Damages and issues
If you believe you have received a product that is faulty, please immediately contact alignedactiveau@gmail.com
Please make sure to inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This gives us the opportunity to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: Returns will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing issue and if the garment is unworn. Otherwise if you are still unhappy with your product, we are more than happy to give you store credit.
Exchanges
To proceed with an exchange, please email alignedactiveau@gmail.com with your reason for exchange. We will then inform you of the return address and what you would like to exchange for. Once we've received your product and have deemed it valid for an exchange, we will then send you your new product.
